IGP was established in 1972. We are a second-generation company with an extensive background in the foodservice industry. We have two arms to our business. We are a manufacturer and processor of cheese products (retail and foodservice). Our cheese products are sold nationwide and in the Caribbean. Our signature label is the “El Preferido®” brand. The other arm of the business is our foodservice brokerage, where we represent several high quality product lines. This combination of manufacturer and food broker makes us very unique to the industry.
Since 1991, El Preferido has offered authentic Mexican-style cheese dips while actively supporting communities across the country.
