PROTEINS:

Liguria Foods

• Pepperoni- available in a variety of tastes and slice- counts, allowing flexibility to satisfy the customer (traditional, all- natural, and smoked).
• Salami- (Genoa and Hard salami). Genoa tastes contains a peppery spice, crafted with fine pork and a blend of spices. Hard salami is larger in diameter and provides a smokey and spicy taste.
• Pizza toppings- includes naturally smoked bacon, canadian bacon (premium ham), and italian sausage made with the highest quality ingredients.

Buona Vita

• Meatballs- the original Bunoa Vita meatball contains 100% USDA beef, pecorino romano cheese, and a blend of spices to give it the traditional italian taste. It is avalible cooked, baked, or raw. We also carry Bunoa Vitas other brands such as Mama Mia, and Buon Gusto.
• Meat loaf- popular homestyle meatloaf loaded with onions, green and red peppers, and flavored with Worcestershire Sauce.
• Sausage- 2 oz. slider italian sauage links.

Peer/ Mariah

• Bacon- old fashioned cured bacon, peppered ranch & regular ranch brand bacon (retail also), apple wood bacon and last but not least, Hickory Hallow.
• Sausage- sausage links and patties available in a variety of sizes.
• Ham- boneless, spiral sliced bone-in, and bone-in hams available.

• Wide variety of cheese products- (retail)- 10 oz. queso cheese dip, 8 oz. easy melt loaf, (food service)- 5 lb. easy melt tub. Each item is available in two different flavors, regular or jalapeno.

PASTRIES:

From the kitchens of master bakers come our fine quality product lines of home-style breads and desserts. We offer a variety of top quality baked goods including pastries, snacks, and premium desserts. Our main product line we are partnered with (Awrey’s Bakery) consists of:

• Cakes, Brownies, & Specialty Items- (fruit squares, date bars, toaster rounds, cookies and muffins).
• Danish Pastries- available in three different flavors (cheese, apple, cinnamon, strawberry).
• Coffee Cakes
• Biscuits

 

DRY GOODS:

We offer only the finest lines of quality dry goods including:

• Pasta
• Rice
• Beans
• Tomato sauce

We also offer Awrey’s line of certified gluten free flour mixes. Each mix starts with navy bean flour which creates a softer texture, adds protein, and increases the baked shelf life. The beans are cooked, roasted and then crushed into flour, creating a no bitterness or bean taste in the final product. The four flavors we currently carry include:

• Oatmeal cookie mix

• Donut mix
